The (ERECT) Team consists of four self selected experienced ritual elders - Antoine Gilliot from France, Martin Liebau from Germany, Simon Hinkly from UK & Ireland and Michel van Bellinghen from Belgium. They will serve for a transitional period of two years from September 1st once this document has been made available in German, French and English versions and the four men of this team have been blessed by their community to do this work.


The day to day language of ERECT is English and they shall communicate through a dedicated email loop, quarterly zoom meetings and shall meet at least once a year face to face.


From September 2022 the ERECT team shall be elected at an EREB face to face meeting for a two year term. No man can serve more than two terms. Voting shall be by RE’s and REEm’s - members of EREB. One man one vote.


Ideally the main person responsible for a task shall be allocated another man to both support and assist him and replace him in the event of his unavailability.


If a team member wishes for whatever reason to withdraw from his role, he’s responsible for identifying another man to replace him and to propose this new man to the team. In the event of the team’s disapproval either the team requests another candidate or the team itself searches for another candidate.


They can at their discretion invite additional RE’s to join them.


They are a team that encourages and supports men who have chosen to go on Ritual Elder in Training path ( REIT). The core document for this path is the Certification Protocol for Ritual Elders of MKP-USA/MKPI revised October 2016 with amendments October 2018.


The ERECT team shall serve as Ritual Elder Coordinators for all members of EREB. Each European REIT shall send his Proposal to this team in his mother tongue - having first worked with his selected mentor and successfully sought the various blessings required from his region and the local leader body. The ERECT team may offer insights and feedback to the REIT and his mentor to enable them to better focus and deepen their work. When the mentor thinks his man is ready it would be to this team that the REIT would request a blessing to go forward to his hot seat. The chair of the hot seat panel shall inform the ERECT team of the panel’s outcome. ERECT shall enter the information onto MKPConnect and send an email to the RE list.


A list of all regions within EREB shall be kept by ERECT and they will be responsible to update any changes and additions necessary. They shall also keep an up to date record of all past, present and future European NWTA’s with a separate list of RE participation in a given NWTA. To assist this they shall work with a contact man in each region who shall supply them with the correct information regarding its NWTA’s.


As a means of seeking ongoing advancement of the contribution made by RE’s on the weekend and to protect and maintain their qualitative standards, ERECT shall invite ideas from different countries LB’s and LKS to create trainings and other support. As a first step it will identify all trainings aimed at elders within the different world MKP regions and forward those most relevant to the EREB regions.


It may be useful in the future to create a European web site reserved for elders part of which could serve the EREB members. A dedicated email address for communications with EREB members could also be formed.
